How did we get here? With a go-live you can expect from us: containing energy, structure, a touch of humour and good risk assessment. Everything to strike a good balance between speed and efficiency. 

Did everything go without setbacks? Hell no. Of course we had our challenges with the application, the data migration and the change that the users needed to go through. But we've overcome those and worked as a team.
