Providing customers with more shipping options, what does it entail? For Paula's Choice, I am investigating the possibilities to offer more (sustainable) shipping options for customers!


Customers nowadays expect to be able to choose from multiple carriers such as UPS, DHL, POSTNL, FIETSKOERIERS, for example. You want to provide these options at checkout, and for that, there are well-known Delivery Management Service (DMS) solutions in the Netherlands, such as Paazl and Metapack. But that's not all, your 3PL (third-party logistics provider) also needs to be able to collaborate with these carriers. Your track and trace information may need to be adjusted, customer care needs to know what promises are made to the customer and how they can assist with inquiries, and let's not forget about returns...

These are precisely the issues that we at Yuccaa are eager to discuss with a customer.
