Your work at Yuccaa
When engaging with the client, you will collaboratively assess what is needed from A to Z for application-driven change. Providing honest advice is a priority, as we want to work in a way that suits us: genuine and with a practical approach!
Naturally, you know how to translate technical solutions into 'plain language' – you tailor your communication and narrative to the person you are speaking with. You assess their level of knowledge in your field appropriately.
Although there will always be challenges and not every solution may meet the exact request, you focus on what is possible. You ensure that you make an impact.
During implementations by external partners, you remain involved, ensuring that clients feel a connection with us and that everything proceeds smoothly. At the end of the change project, you review with the client how things went, identify further opportunities, and make adjustments. Everything for the best result!
Examples of tasks:
Guide clients through application-driven changes, taking ownership of projects that impact IT and Operations.
Manage or collaborate with external partners within a project to achieve the maximum result for the client.
Translate and optimize business processes, including finance, logistics, inventory, purchasing, sales, and customer service.
Assist clients in enabling their growth by providing both requested and unsolicited advice on their IT and Operations roadmap.
Contribute to Yuccaa’s growth by delving into IT applications and e-Commerce-specific processes and opportunities. You are eager to share your ideas with us.

Your power. (job requirements)
As a consultant at Yuccaa in the Randstad, you play a role in guiding clients through application-driven changes in the broadest sense. You are client-oriented and know how to effectively motivate and encourage clients.
You have HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of thinking and working; work experience is secondary to your competencies.
You have an affinity with ERP, Supply Chain, and/or Finance. Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
You have previously worked in project-based roles or as a consultant, and you are familiar with a dynamic environment.
You are a true team player who likes to contribute to the company's growth.
You are full of energy, express your honest opinions, and are not afraid to be assertive.
